Getting Started

New to Kyro Player? Learn how to set up playlists and start streaming.

  • Download Kyro Player from the App Store
  • Tap the '+' button to add a new playlist
  • Choose M3U URL or Xtream Codes format
  • Enter your credentials from your IPTV provider
  • Wait for your channels to load and start watching

Troubleshooting

Having issues? Check these common solutions.

  • Channels not loading: Verify your playlist URL or credentials are correct
  • Buffering issues: Check your internet connection speed
  • App crashing: Try reinstalling the app
  • Playlist expired: Contact your IPTV provider to renew
  • Black screen: Some channels may be geo-restricted in your region

Subscriptions & Billing

Questions about premium features and payments.

  • All payments are processed through Apple
  • Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions
  • Refunds must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Premium features activate immediately after purchase
  • Lifetime purchase never expires or requires renewal

Kyro Player is a media player application only. We do NOT provide TV channels, movies, or any streaming content. If you need a playlist or IPTV service, please contact a legitimate IPTV provider. We cannot help with content-related issues.
