Getting started

New to Kyro Player? Learn how to set up playlists and start streaming.

  • Download Kyro Player from the App Store, Google Play (soon), or kyroplayer.com/download.
  • Tap the + button in the Playlists tab to add a new playlist.
  • Choose M3U URL or Xtream Codes format.
  • Enter your credentials from your IPTV provider.
  • Wait for your playlist to load and start watching.

Troubleshooting

Having issues? Check these common solutions.

  • Playlist not loading: verify your playlist URL or credentials are correct.
  • Buffering: run a speed test, prefer 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet for 4K.
  • App crashing: update to the latest version, then reinstall if needed.
  • Playlist expired: contact your IPTV provider to renew.
  • Black screen: streams may be geo-restricted in your region.

Subscriptions & billing

Questions about premium features and payments.

  • All payments are processed through Apple or Google.
  • Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by the respective store (reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS).
  • Premium features activate immediately after purchase.
  • Lifetime purchase never expires or requires renewal.

Kyro Player is a media player application only. We do not provide, host, or stream any content. If you need a playlist or IPTV service, please contact a legitimate IPTV provider. We cannot help with content-related issues.
