Agreement to terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kyro Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of service
Kyro Player is a media player application that allows users to play IPTV content using their own playlists (M3U URLs or Xtream Codes credentials).
Important notice: Kyro Player does not sell, provide, host, or stream any content. We are solely a media player. Users must provide their own playlists from their IPTV providers. Premium subscriptions unlock app features only, not content.
User responsibilities
By using Kyro Player, you agree to:
- Only access content that you have the legal right to view.
- Not use the App for any illegal purposes.
- Ensure your IPTV service subscription is from a legitimate provider.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Premium subscriptions
Kyro Player offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features:
- Premium Yearly: $14.99/year — auto-renewing subscription with 7-day free trial.
- Lifetime: $24.99 one-time purchase.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your platform's account settings.
Refund policy
All purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective platform. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
Intellectual property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided playlists), is owned by Kyro Player and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for the content accessed through user-provided playlists.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyro Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. We are not responsible for the content you access or stream using the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
